We are looking for a Systems Analyst for our team. This candidate should have 1-3 years experience as systems admin, help desk/application support, monitoring, performance reporting, and issue resolution/management.

Expected skills include:

Previous Application Monitoring and Production Support Experience for Software Systems Required

Desired:- Experience with Azure Devops

Experience with xMatters

Experience with Call Center Applications

Experience with Help Desk Operations

Some Help Desk or Application support expected however will consider candidates with strong soft/analytical skills in lieu of support experience.
