We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst for our team. This Business Analyst must have a Managed Care background to assist in the onboarding of new vendors (claims, telehealth, clinical/health service).

Responsibilities:

Knowledge and understanding of managed care business processes and requirements

Perform Medicare Compliance Assessments

Perform NCQA predelegation Assessments

Identify required reporting needs

Identify and recommend necessary internal process controls

Document and communicate results of audit

Develop, establish, and implement procedures

Identify areas for process improvement and develop/implement solutions
