Job Summary

As a member of the Corporate Finance team, the Finance Systems Analyst reports to the Director, Finance Transformation. This role will focus on financial systems implementation in the ASM Global organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Support field-based finance teams to define process requirements (such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.) for ERP implementation and assist implementation of resulting workflow processes
• Perform trial balance analysis to map profit and cost centers and align balance sheet and project-based accounting to a standard chart of accounts
• Support integrity and consistency of financial data mapping and migration from individual ledgers to a standard COA
• Deliver systems-related training to finance team members
• Conduct review of financial systems to identify and recommend corrections for financial errors
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to present and explain technical information to audiences with varying degrees of technical proficiency.
Required Qualifications
• Experience validating, mapping, and migrating financial data as part of system implementation or transformation projects
• Experience working with systems-integrated financial controls
• Experience working with advanced ERP environments as well as large data sets; proficient with data analysis and automation tools

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 F&O (ERP) and deFacto (FP&A tool) a plus
• Self-directed, proactive, and ability to work independently with little direct supervision
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
Required Education and Experience
• Minimum education level of: Associate degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of related work experience in Accounting / Controllers and supporting ERP systems implementation
