PMO Analyst (Recruiting/Onboarding Specialist)

We are looking for a PMO Analyst Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist is the primary point of contact for providing critical support to the PMO in contractor onboarding efforts for a seamless experience for the resource and department.

  • Excellent follow up and communication skills are required.
  • Solid understanding of a sense of urgency and accuracy to achieve goals.
  • Tracking of onboarding and resource information throughout the process.
  • Provide, present and guide resources with PMO onboarding information and guidelines.
  • Arranging all onboarding activities including requesting applications, assist in setting up access, troubleshooting, contacting resources and fielding questions.
  • Ensuring the new resources have the necessary basic technical assistance to set up their software.
  • Manage onboarding activities via emails and phone conversations.
  • Communicate with vendors as needed.
  • Recruiting including resume review and interviewing candidates.
  • Liaise with managers and other business partners.
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding and training of the new resources within the PMO.
  • Primary point of contact for new resources.
  • Gather necessary resource role details.
  • Update onboarding process as needed or advised.
  • Address new resource queries and follow up.
  • Train on PMO processes specific to the role including PMO Project Management applications and PMO Framework and Governance.
  • Creating agendas for first and second week.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple work queues and manage timelines to meet tight deadlines.
  • Document progress and next steps for internal transparency.
  • Provide reporting and status updates to the appropriate parties and resource manager.
  • Responsible for the procurement and implementation of new resource software as required.
  • Solid knowledge and use of Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5 + years of recruiting, onboarding support and customer service experience.
  • The ability to quickly grasp technical topics and communicate those technical topics to those less technologically savvy.
  • Easily able to learn new software/programs
  • Effective organizational, time management, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Resourceful analytic thinking with an attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required
