Role Description: Privacy Manager, OAPI/OPDC Privacy Office works closely with Privacy Officer of OAPI/OPDC to support privacy department activities and privacy initiatives in the development, implementation and maintenance of the program. Assist with operationalizing privacy compliance in accordance with privacy standards.

Key Job Responsibilities
Provides support for privacy programs and projects within OAPI/OPDC privacy team including projects relating to new state privacy regulations (CPRA, VCDPA, etc.), privacy by design, personal information inventories, privacy impact assessments, and other cross functional privacy initiatives.
Performs and analyzes privacy impact assessments and gives Privacy by Design advice.
Sets up and tracks privacy program timelines, milestones, interdependencies, issues, risks and actions.
Creates and improves OneTrust Assessments.
Creates data inventories in OneTrust and obtain necessary information from data holders to complete inventories.
Assist with operationalizing privacy compliance in compliance with state, federal and global privacy requirements.
Supports Privacy Officer and privacy team in the preparation of development project plans and ensures appropriate follow through to achieve approved program/project objectives.
Setup and coordinate Privacy Officer and other privacy team meetings with respect to privacy program projects and initiatives.
Support the Privacy Officer and privacy team toward implementation of the privacy department strategic and operational plans and tracks progress to goals.
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate privacy project information is available for Privacy Officer and privacy team
Manages and tracks privacy program progress as assigned on a continual basis, identifying and tracking both cross-project and cross-functional risks and issues.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, Education, and Experience
Required:
Bachelor s degree. JD Preferred.
IAPP and/or OneTrust certifications preferred.
Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience with Privacy regulations, requirements and standards.
Ability to develop and drive implementation of project level timelines, strategic assessment of scopes of work.
Strong meeting project management and meeting facilitation skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Solid computer skills with OneTrust, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Comments for Vendors: – Fully Remote- open to anywhere in US with some flexibility with hours- can discuss during vendor call
-While candidtaes with One Trust Certifications are ideal, open to those with experience with One Trust and even competing platform called Trust Arc.
– Must have the Privacy experience- if the Project Management is lacking but they have heavy Privacy in other capacity, will also consider
