We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our team.
This candidate will be required to administer and organize all types of projects within an Operations support team, from simple activities to running Cross-functional workgroups.
The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in work-plan development and progress tracking. The project coordinator will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goals are being achieved.
Partner with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope and schedule
Analyze project progress and, when necessary, modify scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities
Help build the skill sets of team members and share learnings with other employees
Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices
Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
Three or more years of experience in project coordination
Experience in coordinating teams and clients
Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
