Job Description

Onsite Tues-Thursday required.


  • Maintaining department records & reports.
  • Assist with coordinating associate engagement events and giveaways.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external resources.
  • Collect, distribute, collate & summarize information.
  • Screen, annotate, redirect, respond, & distribute inquiries & correspondence within established guidelines & judgment.
  • Compose, transcribe, edit, proof, & process correspondence, presentations, graphs, charts, etc. as required.


  • Highly proficient with Microsoft business suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking ability
  • Professional demeanor and presentation and previous administrative support experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking abilities; flexible and quickly adapts to change
  • Motivated; self-starter
  • Grasp assignments quickly, able to work independently
  • Experience with handling telephone line; directing incoming calls; setting up conference/video calls
  • Experience with setting up external conferences and meetings
  • Experience with handling highly confidential reports, letters and memoranda

  • High school diploma in a business or commercial curriculum
  • Six (6) or more years of administrative assistant experience in a large corporate setting.
  • Extensive Experience with executive office protocol, confidentiality, business decorum, procedures & processes.
  • Working experience with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, inquiry/database/reporting, electronic mail, & other computer-based modules such as internet travel arrangement systems.
