We are looking for a Solutions Architect for our team.
This candidate must have good .Net skills and be able to be hands on in with an implementation. This includes being able to analyze and design the solution. Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Excellent written and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into understandable business terminology.
Candidate will perform the necessary analysis and design tasks related to the development of an enterprise solution architecture aligned with the IT Strategy and Business Strategy for assigned project work. They will follow the principles, patterns and frameworks associated with Enterprise Solutions Architecture. They will be responsible for the Solution Architecture design, including establishing the architecture and roadmap for custom-based, best of breed and suite based solutions used within their assigned project work.
Excellent understanding of the application frameworks such as those supported by J2EE and .NET
Strong understanding of Services Oriented Architecture concepts, patterns and principles Ability to see common patterns and usages among multiple application areas parsing out specifics versus general requirements to drive to common solution base
Understanding of multi-tier application architectures, performance and scalability of applications
Basic familiarity with enterprise integration toolset such as TIBCO, SeeBeyond or IBM WebSphere toolsets
Good knowledge of business and information and state of the art solutions used within the healthcare industry
Good process and methodology understanding of software development, deployment, associated workflows and roles/responsibilities
Experience 7-10 years experience in SLC development with deep understanding of application development and architectures 3-4 years experience in leading application teams in developing applications working as a team design lead, technical or project architect 1 year or more building large systems and delivering utilizing and adhering to SLC processes
