The Contract Project Manager will support initiatives and assignments related to Clinical IT. The initiatives are driven within a strategic program established to enhance key capabilities identified as essential in building a better and stronger clinical data platform. This position supports one or more of these initiatives. It supports the macro-level integrated plan supporting one of three primary work streams while interfacing with various scrum teams in addressing business needs in organizational support, process improvement, enabling technology solutions, change management, and others.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Proven Project Manager execution performing duties such as
• Develop and maintain Substream backlog tools and project plans
• Drive the Substream in their Sprint planning
• Complete program-level project documents for reporting (sprint planning, RAID, decision logs)
• Coordinate with other PMs to further execute strategy and key decisions
• Coach squad/Substream on agile methodologies and tools throughout sprint ceremonies
• Assist Substream leads in organizing weekly status sessions with squad leads
• Support squad/Substream lead with specific tasks required for the program
