Job Description


The Technical Analyst will be a key project team member on content/data management projects for our customers in the Life Science industry. Projects will include system implementations, system integrations, and data migrations.



  • Serve as a Migration Specialist for data migration projects. The Migration Specialist will translate migration-related requirements to solutions for complex migrations of GxP and non-GxP content/data for our customers. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Analyze source system data for anomalies and gaps
  • Work with Migration Lead/Analyst to create solutions for migrating data/content per the specifications
  • Design & execute source system extract queries and processes
  • Create Design/Configuration Specification and Testing documentation
  • Configure the in house Migration tool
  • Execute migrations in Development, Test and Production systems
  • Serve as a Technical Analyst on system implementation and integration projects: execute technical configuration and development tasks and deliver associated design/configuration and testing documentation
  • Support the Project Manager in the identification and mitigation of risks as well as in the development of an overall project plan


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of experience in a technical role on projects for content/data management solutions such as Veeva, Documentum, or SharePoint
  • Knowledge of SDLC deliverables & documentation practices (preferred: in a GxP environment)
  • Excellent communication & documentation skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the Life Sciences industry
  • Experience with executing data migrations
  • Experience working with SQL or related query languages
